These Terms of Use govern your use of the website and client portal operated by MGM Law Corporation (“MGM L.C.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at mgm.law, and the terms of our SMS text messaging program. By using this website or participating in our text messaging program, you agree to these terms.
The content of this website is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal advice. Using this website, submitting information through our intake portal, or communicating with us by phone, email, or text message does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only by a written engagement agreement signed by MGM L.C.
MGM L.C. sends text messages to clients who have opted in, limited to communications about their legal matter: case status updates, appointment reminders and confirmations, and requests for documents or information. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
You agree to use this website and the client portal only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you submit an inquiry or intake. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials or verification codes sent to you, and for all activity conducted through them.
